At just 5’2″, the last thing Jamie Eason Middleton imagined for her future was to become a model. Yet, for the past several years, she has done just that. With more than 100+ major magazine covers to her credit, Jamie has used her platform as both a writer and a model to help educate and inspire others to adopt a fit lifestyle.

As a former NFL cheerleader for the Houston Texans in 2001, Jamie’™s dance career was side-lined when she found a suspicious lump in her breast. The return to an inactive lifestyle as a corporate trainer took a toll on Jamie, both mentally and physically. Nearly five years after her initial lumpectomy, suspicious cells returned and Jamie decided to take control of her health. After hiring a personal trainer and nutritionist, she began her journey to a healthy lifestyle and ultimately to a new career.

Today, Jamie Eason Middleton is one of the most recognized female fitness icons in the world. She holds several fitness titles, including Hardbody Entertainment’™s World’™s Fittest Model, and has been featured as a writer and a model in hundreds of magazine layouts.


After finding a copy of Oxygen in a drawer at her workplace and using the fitness programs as start to her new, healthier life, Sophie has come full circle to grace the cover as the winner of the Australian Oxygen’s Cover Girl Competition.

Sophie reflects on when she stepped into the gym for the first time. “I was so scared that everyone was staring at me. I didn’t want to look silly and thought people would be judging me thinking I didn’t belong there.” Sophie overcame these feeling and went on to love being in the gym. Actually she states,”My favorite things about the gym is that it is a competition with your best. No one else needs to know that you get a sense of achievement every single day.”

Sophie has now completed her certificates III and IV in personal training. She expresses, “ I want to show other women what is possible. You can transform your body, but more importantly your whole life, through changing your lifestyle. I want to share what has brought so much happiness into my life.”

Alana’s journey to health and wellbeing is one that is relatable for so many women. Known for kindness, now she just wants to share her experience in hopes that she can offer the same support that was given to her.

Backtrack to a few years ago, Alana had an unhealthy relationship with food would have some epic binge days after eating minimal calories. Determined to turn her life around and gain back some of her confidence she began classes at her gym. She then turned her attention to not only her workout routines but to her nutrition program as well.

Now fast forward three years, and Alana is competing in bikini competitions and is the newest winner of the People’s Choice Oxygen Cover Girl Competition.


Finding the balance between being a mother-of-three, her health and fitness, and an illness that drained her energy, Kim is the definition of resilient. Pushing past her limitations, nowadays as Jamie’s winner of the Oxygen Cover Girl competition, the Melbourne mum’s mission is to help others, and encourage others to “do what makes your soul shine!”

After the birth of my second child Kim was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, an ailment that affects your thyroid and can include symptoms of fatigue and weight gain. This resulted in Kim’s energy level to plummet to an all-time low. Finding it difficult to sleep and have enough energy not only for her daughters, but for herself, Kim knew she had to take some control back in her life. She had been so used to giving, giving, and giving, she had forgotten about herself. So in 2015 she “decided to see how disciplined, strong and controlled, and focused I could be in my training.”

Now Kim is looking to help others take the leap into health and fitness, especially those living with a similar condition as her. “I want to motivate people to get back into their fitness again and have had a few thyroid sufferers contact me (through social media)wanting me to help them set their goals in maintaining a healthy thyroid in fitness.”


Becca is a busy wife and mother of three who lives in Missoula, Montana. She owns an antique store, teaches yoga and is a real estate agent. Becca won the 2015 Lean Body Challenge and through that experience she has continued making fitness a major priority in better managing and enjoying her busy life.

In 2016, Becca joined the Lean Body for Her team as an athlete. It is her hope to encourage other busy moms to gain confidence through a healthy lifestyle with the help of the entire Lean Body for Her team and the all-natural line of products.

Becca’s personal motto is evident in her positive attitude — “œSee everyday as an opportunity to better yourself”.


I am a mom of five little ones living in Southern CA. Exercise and outdoor activities have always been a part of my life. I ran cross country and track in high school and never had to worry about keeping weight off or building muscle.

Fast forward a few years…my husband and I were told we would never had children of our own. Fitness was not a priority at all, having a baby was. Thankfully the doctors were wrong. After 3 years of fertility treatments, including a miscarriage, we had five babies in under 6 1/2 years time.

At that point my body was a mess. I not only looked bad, I felt bad too. I knew I needed a plan and I knew I needed to make some serious changes. The temptation at that point was to either become frozen with discouragement or overactive in attempts to achieve some standard of perfection.

But either way would have led me down some very self-centered, self-focused, and self-motivating paths. My biggest motivation is not what I look like and fitness in and of itself is an empty goal. Fitness and healthy eating are a lifestyle because those little people that call me mom depend on me. I pursue my goals because I am able to serve others best when I am at my best. Fitness is not about simply caring well for myself, its about caring well for those I love most.

I have recently started a lifestyle blog in hopes of encouraging others in their own journeys. In regards to fitness I have no official certifications or any exciting nutrition credentials to add to my name, but I think there’s a place in the fitness world for those of us who have to learn on our own. I’m just a normal girl who simply had to figure it out and my goal is to help as many women as I possibly can do the same.


I’m a stay-at-home mother of two boys currently residing in Gilbert, AZ. As a busy mom constantly on the go, I know how easy it can be to feel overwhelmed and unable to make fitness a major part of life. I’™ve always tried to stay active and make time for the gym, however it was just never a real priority for me.

It wasn’™t until I stumbled upon a post from Jamie Eason Middleton advertising the 2016 Lean Body Challenge, that I decided to make fitness and wellness a priority in my life. Since completing and winning the challenge, I have made it my personal mission to be an example and inspiration to other moms wanting to change their lives.

For me, it is more than helping moms look and feel better. It’™s about helping moms everywhere want to change their lives and provide a great example to their children.
